Question: Does the City have a reimbursement of expenses policy?
Answer:

Question: If so, does it have a deadline for which the expense claim forms would need to be submitted?
Answer:
Yes, section (9) 1.(b) of the policy stipulates that requests for reimbursements must be received within three (3) calendar months after the expenses were incurred.

Question: If not, has there been any cases where claims are made after the CEO or elected member had left the City?
Answer:
Yes, at the 8 July 2021 Ordinary Council Meeting, Council agreed to reimburse a former councillor on a ‘without prejudice’ basis for expenses incurred while still being an Elected Member, consistent with expenses which may be reimbursed in accordance with Council Policy.
