About the event

Based on the Bringing Up Great Kids – Parenting Adolescents program, this free 2-hour workshop offers practical tools, fresh insights, and a supportive space to learn, reflect, and connect.
Topics covered:
  • Brain development
  • Adapting your parenting approach as they grow
  • Supporting healthy risk-taking
  • Empowering your t(w)een to build identity with confidence

Ideal for parents/carers of t(w)eens aged 10 to 18 years old.

Free morning tea provided.

Limited spaces available (maximum 10-12 participants). Your place on this program will only be confirmed by completing a registration form sent by Cockburn Parenting Service. You will be contacted closer to the time.
