About the event

The Better Health Program is coming to Cockburn!
Free to families with children 6 – 12, the Better Health Program supports families to develop healthy habits alongside a team of health professionals!

Running across 10-weeks at the Cockburn ARC, we welcome families to come and enjoy some fun and interactive support to build skills and knowledge and boost their health and wellbeing!

Core support areas include quality nutrition, active movement, reducing screen-time, sleep routines, mindfulness, and more!

Location: Cockburn ARC Aquatic Meeting Room 
Runs: Every Monday 4-6pm
Starts: 20 July 2026
