About the event

A mindful and respectful four-week program that provides parents/carers with an opportunity to reflect on their parenting approach.

Topics include:

  • Understanding children’s brain development and its impact on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours
  • Exploring the origins of your parenting approach and enhancing your impact
  • Understanding your child’s behaviour and addressing their underlying feelings and needs
  • Ways to thrive during your parenting journey.

Ideal for parents/carers of children aged 2-10.
