New Cockburn Central Police Station
The new Station on Lot 2, on the corner of Linkage Avenue and North Lake Road, is almost complete.
Small Bar
A small bar at 134/2 Signal Terrace on the ground floor of the Kingston Apartment building (corner of Midgegooroo Avenue) has received planning approval. The fit-out is expected to be occurring soon.
Mixed use residential and commercial development
The development of Lot 26 Junction Boulevard has received planning approval and includes 119 apartments and 12 commercial tenancies. Construction has not yet commenced.

A mixed use development on Lot 11 including a 3-star hotel containing 146 rooms, 109 apartments and four commercial tenancies have been recently approved on Lot 11 adjacent to the rail station, on the southern side of the Town Square. Construction has not yet commenced.
