Len Packham tennis courts closed for upgrades
The Len Packham Tennis Courts are currently closed due to redevelopment works.
The project is expected to be completed by late February 2026.
There are a number of ways to play tennis in Cockburn, from local clubs to City-managed courts. Please see below for bookings and contact information.
Len Packham Reserve Courts – 2 x Tennis & 2 x Pickleball
Location: Len Packham Reserve, 96 Cordelia Avenue, Coolbellup
Access to Courts
Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a unique access code via email to your registered address. A numeric keypad is located at the entrance gate to the courts. Please enter your code followed by the # symbol to unlock the gate.
The access code will only operate for the duration of your booking. Please ensure the gate remains closed during your session and is securely closed upon departure.
Booking Information
- Casual court bookings are currently free of charge.
- All bookings must be made in advance to receive an access code.
- The access code provided in your confirmation email will unlock the gate.
Night-Time Use
- Floodlights are available for evening bookings.
- A fee of $10 per hour applies for lighting and is charged at the time of booking.
- The access code will unlock the gate and activate the lights.
Court Availability
The Coolbellup Tennis Club has exclusive use of the courts during the following times. Casual bookings are not available during these periods:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:30am – 11:00am
- Wednesday & Sunday: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Important Information
- Courts remain locked at all times and are only accessible with a valid booking and code.
- Please ensure bookings are made in advance to avoid any access issues.
- Light tokens are not required at Len Packham courts.

Book Coogee Beach Tennis Courts - two courts
Location: Coogee Beach Reserve, Cockburn Road, Coogee
(near Discovery Parks Caravan Park, entrance to car park off Powell Road)
Booking Information:
Casual bookings for the courts are free of charge.
To access the courts, you must make a booking and receive a code to unlock them.
Night Time Use:
Floodlights are available for night time use.
Tokens to operate the floodlights can be obtained from the council administration building during business hours.
Each token costs $10 and provides one hour of lighting.

Please note that the courts are locked, and access is granted only to those with a valid booking and code.
Ensure you make a booking in advance to receive the access code.

Anning Park Courts - two courts
Location: 770 North Lake Road, South Lake
(near Jandakot Hall)
Booking Information:
Casual bookings for the courts are free of charge.
To access the courts, you must make a booking and receive a code to unlock them.
Night Time Use:
Floodlights are available for night time use.
Tokens to operate the floodlights can be obtained from the council administration building during business hours.
Each token costs $10 and provides one hour of lighting.
