KidSport Funding Program

KidSport enables eligible Western Australian children aged 5-18 years to participate in community sport and recreation by offering them financial assistance of up to $200 per calendar year towards their club registration fees. The fees go directly to the registered KidSport clubs participating in the project.

Eligibility for KidSport funding

To receive KidSport funding, applicants must meet the following criteria

  • Aged 5–18 years 
  • Live in the City of Cockburn
  • Participate in club sport with a registered KidSport club
  • Have a valid Health Care Card or a Pension Concession Card OR have been verified through a KidSport Financial Assessor.
