Thursday 19 March:
Western Australian schools, including Coolbellup Community School and Newton Primary School in Spearwood, will deliver initiatives that strengthen Aboriginal cultural learning, with 41 schools sharing in $192,667 through the State Government's Term 4 Partnership Acceptance Learning Sharing (PALS) program.


The City of Cockburn has disarmed a call from its electors to declare itself nuclear-free and distance itself from the AUKUS arrangement.

Cockburn council has hit the brakes on a planned international business delegation despite local businesses putting their hands up to attend.

Wednesday 18 March:
Cockburn Council has adopted a high-level planning strategy to guide development of its Henderson Waste Recovery Park (HWRP) over the next 30 years.


The State Government has awarded $254,000 to 33 community-based projects to boost road safety in local communities across the State. Among recipients were Bibra Lake Residents Association which received $3,000 for its Slower Streets, Safer Streets event.
 
Key marine infrastructure upgrades at Woodman Point Recreational Boating Precinct will deliver modern, safer facilities for the commercial and recreational fleet.

Tuesday 17 March:
The Cook government’s winter health strategy will see the number of women’s mental health beds at the Cockburn Health facility shrink by one-third while they’re diverted to elderly patients.


Monday 16 March:
The Easter Bunny will be just one of many exciting attractions at this year’s Easter Fair at Aubin Grove Reserve, 3-7pm on Easter Saturday 4 April.
