During this session, Four Lion Legal will explain:
 
  • Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA)
  • Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG)
  • What happens if you lose capacity and you don’t have an EPA or EPG
  • Estate Planning – Wills, Superannuation and Binding Death Nominations
  • Estate Disputes - Disputes with executors and inheritance disputes such as Family Provision Claims
