About the event

You are invited to attend Baby Makes 3 (BM3), a program designed for first-time parents navigating the changes that come with the arrival of a new baby.

Becoming parents can bring joy, stress and significant adjustments to relationships. Baby Makes 3 supports families to build and maintain healthy, respectful and equal relationships during this important transition.

The program is delivered through two interactive evening sessions, with babies welcome, so both parents can attend. A light supper will be provided.

Baby Makes 3 helps parents to:

  • Share childcare and household responsibilities more equally

  • Strengthen communication and relationship equality

  • Build skills that support respectful, supportive partnerships

Sessions are facilitated by trained male and female co-leaders.

Workshops will either be held at Coolbellup Hub or Cockburn Health and Community in Success and venue details will be provided following your registration.
