Movie Screening: Genocide in the Wildflower State
It’s a 59-minute documentary that exposes racial absorption, and social assimilation implemented in Western Australia during the 20th century. The film highlights the forced removal of thousands of Aboriginal children from their families between 1905 and 1970, a practice that led to significant intergenerational trauma.
After the filming, there will be a question and answer session with the cast members. |
