The Centre offers a range of adult fun and lifestyle activities. Courses generally run once a week, for approximately 10 weeks during the school term.

* Creche Available for Weekday Morning Classes from 8.45am until 1.00pm

 

YOGA 

Unwind, stretch, and condition your muscles. This popular Hatha style yoga utilises structured poses and breathing techniques to purify the body and mind.  Suitable for beginners and ongoing participants aged 15 years upwards. 

  • Tuesdays: 6.15pm - 7.15pm (starts 22nd July)

10 WEEKS: $126.00

**Come down and do one TRIAL CLASS for $16.00

 

PILATES

Better posture, body alignment & balance. Relief from back pain, injuries and other health problems. Stronger and better conditioned muscles. More flexibility, less stress and tension.

  • Thursdays: 6.15pm-7.15pm (starts 24th July)

Monday: 7.00pm-9.00pm

Come along for a fun night of swimming to suit all abilities, for adults 20 years and over: leisure, programs, sprints and long distance.

Leeming Masters Swimming Club

Wednesday: 7.00pm-8.00pm

Come down and train for events including interclub race meetings and open-water swims in summer.  All ages from 18-70+years catered for as well as all levels of fitness, ability and experience. The club calendar also has various activities planned throughout the year.

Pre-Natal Yoga

Wednesday: 6.30pm-8.00pm

These 6 week courses aim to prepare women for the birth of their baby, both physically and mentally, by offering appropriate exercise and information to all participants. Explore postures, breathing and birthing techniques in each class, with group discussions also included to inform and prepare each mother.

West Side Derby Dames

Saturday: 10.00am-12.00pm

The West Side Derby Dames (WSDD) proudly train to play flat track roller derby with a unique 'fun, fitness or sport' ethos on modern roller derby. Skaters can work toward competitive skating or simply learn the skills and have fun while getting fit and making friends.

WSSD accepts new members all year round at any skill level - you will become a part of a roller derby community with a focus on fitness, friendship, community involvement and self improvement.

Potential members are invited to observe a training session where membership packs can be collected or emailed out.
