CANCELLED - Cockburn Youth Services School Term program is packed with social, recreational and educational programs for young people aged 10-17 (the Employ Me program is open to young people aged 14-24). Please see the table below for all the information you need on the program.

Term 1 program will end on 10 April 2020.

Monday Our Kitchen Rulz Learn how to be inspired and creative in the kitchen; a place where memories are homemade and seasoned with happiness and above all, fun! 4-6pm $10
Monday Ready, Set, Row Want to get fit, race your mates and learn a new skill? Try indoor rowing and challenge yourself!
Starts week 2 and ends week 9.
5-5.45pm FREE
Tuesday Role-Playing Games 101 New to role-playing games? Then come join RPG 101, where we play and showcase a wide array of games such as Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder & Through the Breach. What are you waiting for? Start your life as an adventurer today! 4.30-7pm $8
Tuesday Young Boxing Warrior Boxing requires endurance, courage, strength, speed and agility. Challenging yourself to achieve those results increases your leadership skills, self confidence and resilience. Men's program only.
Starts week 2 and ends week 9. 
4.45 - 5.45pm FREE
Tuesday Puzzleers Do you enjoying solving puzzles? Come along and challenge yourself. BYO laptop. Starts week 2.  4-5pm FREE
Wednesday Role-Playing Grab your dice and set sail upon the high seas in Skulls and Shackles. Join our high-level advenure and battle fiercely against the evil Chelish Navy as infamous pirates under the command of the Dread Admiral Zulmok. 4.30-7pm $8
Thursday Employ Me Need some help creating cover letters and a resume? Learn the skills needed to help you search and apply for jobs, and map your career pathway to secure your a dream job! One on one, 45 minute support. Open to young people aged 14 -24. Bookings are essential. 3 - 7pm FREE
Thursday Young Women's Boxing Boxing requires endurance, courage, strength, speed, and agility. Claim your power and your space without apology. 
Starts week 2 and ends week 9.
5-6.30pm FREE
Thursday Safe Space for Girls  During week 2, 4, 6 and 8 we will be running a safe and inclusive environment for young girls to be creative, learn new skills and socialise. 6.30 - 9pm FREE
Friday Drama Incubator The world is your stage and so is the Cockburn Youth Centre. Drama Incubator is perfect for young people who are new to the drama world. 4-5.30pm $10
Friday Drama Advanced Academy Hot off the heels of their successful Fringe debut, Drama Advanced Academy is back and ready to make Cockburn their stage.  5.30-7pm $10
Friday Youth Diversity Alliance A social support group for young people aged 15-24 with diverse sexualities and genders. If you identify as LGBTQIA+, this group is for you! 5- 6.45pm FREE
Saturday Tabletop Guild Join the CYC gaming community for board games, card games and more, hosted by the Master of Games! 1-4pm FREE

Wednesday and Friday Private Music Lessons Guitar, bass, vocals, drums, keyboard, song writing and recording for all styles and abilities. One on one 30 minute sessions. 3.30 -7pm $20

8 and 15 February Keys4Life Keys4Life is a pre-driver program that helps to educate young people about safer road use and allows them to sit their Learner's Permit Theory Test.

Young people must have photo ID and be able to attend both sessions. Bookings are essential.
