Are you part of a club or community group that prepares food for the public? Each year, many people get sick from eating contaminated food or something they are allergic to.

Come along to this free workshop on food safety and hygiene to:

  • Learn about what causes food poisoning.
  • Find out how to avoid contamination through good personal hygiene, correct food handling and storage and effective cleaning.
  • Have your questions answered by the City’s Environmental Health Officer.

Registrations close 27 October.
