Get your walking boots on, strap on your baby carrier and join us for a guided bushland adventure.

Explore the hidden treasures of Cockburn at Banksia Eucalypt Woodland Reserve, whilst meeting other news mums and sharing experiences.

This hike will connect you and your baby with the positive benefits of being surrounding by nature, such as reduced stress and anxiety, and increased fitness and wellbeing.

Light refreshments, water and sunscreen will be provided. Please wear closed in shoes (suitable for hiking) and a hat.

Cost: $5 / family (1 adult plus 1 child).

Bookings essential.

Meeting location: Corner of Yanchep Lane and Blue Mountain Circuit, on the footpath.

This event is pram-friendly as it takes place mostly on a sealed path.
