  • Requests for services, compliments and complaints 
  • Option to apply for eRates (electronic rates notices) 
  • Application lodgement – Planning and Building
  • Application tracking – Planning and Building
  • Smart Rates Direct Debit Application – Weekly or Fortnightly
  • Direct Debit Application – Pay in Full or Four Instalment
Registered users will have additional features which include 
  • Access to your property and related information 
  • Simplified process for lodging customer requests 
  • History and status of previous and current requests
