The City of Cockburn Pest Plants Local Law 2000

Notice is hereby given that the City of Cockburn resolved to repeal City of Cockburn Pest Plants Local Law 2000, pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Local Government Act 1995.

The purpose is to repeal an obsolete local law.

The effect is to revoke the provisions contained in the local law, which has now been superseded by State Legislation, ‘Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 ’(BAM Act).

A copy of the Repeal City of Cockburn Pest Plants Local Law 2000 may be inspected and obtained from the City`s website, or at the City of Cockburn Administration Office and at the City’s Libraries during office hours.

Submissions about the Repeal Local Law can be made to the undersigned at the City of Cockburn offices before 4pm on
30 September 2021.
