City Of Cockburn Bush Fire Brigade Local Law 2021

Notice is hereby given that the City of Cockburn has resolved to make the City of Cockburn Bush Fire Brigade Local Law 2021, pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Local Government Act 1995.
 
The purpose of the Local Law is ensure the City of Cockburn Bush Fire Brigade Local Law 2000 is repealed and City of Cockburn Volunteer Bush Fire Brigades have laws applicable to current standards and industry trends, ensuring good governance and effective management of an important service to the community.
 
The effect to ensure Council can establish, maintain and disband Bush Fire Brigades in accordance with best practice and local circumstances.
 
A copy of the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2021 may be inspected and obtained from the City`s website, or at the City of Cockburn Administration Office and at the City’s Libraries during office hours.
 
Submissions about the Bush Fire Brigade Local Law 2021 may be made to undersigned at the City of Cockburn Offices before 4pm on 6 December 2021.
