Cockburn Youth Centre has reopened! Please note that our drop-in sessions are not available, and until further notice, not all of our programs are running. For further information call the centre on 08 9411 3888, email youth@cockburn.wa.gov.au or vist their Facebook page.

Youth Outrage is an affordable and supervised school holiday program for young people aged 12–16 years. Transport is provided to and from events, from three locations. The program operates on most days throughout the school holidays.

Youth Outrage is supervised by qualified and experienced staff at all times. Numbers are limited. You can secure your position by enrolling and paying for your chosen activity.

Cost and enrolment

The cost of Youth Outrage activities is heavily subsidised, with all transport provided and the availability of a Centrelink rebate. Please note that numbers are limited. You must book and pay for your chosen activity in advance to secure your place. Enrol today using the link below.

Pick up and drop off locations and times

There are three pick-up and drop-off locations for each activity (unless otherwise specified or at the Youth Centre):

Success - Cockburn Youth Centre

  • Pick up address: 25 Wentworth Parade, Success
  • Bus departs: 9am
  • Bus drop off: Please check the relevant program for details.

Beeliar - Beeliar Community Centre

  • Pick-up address: Beeliar Drive, Beeliar
  • Bus departs: 9.15am
  • Bus drop off: Please check the relevant program for details.

Hamilton Hill - Memorial Hall

  • Pick-up address: Café Mint and Chilli near Memorial Hall, corner of Rockingham Road and Carrington Street, Hamilton Hill
  • Bus departs: 9.30am
  • Bus drop off: Please check the relevant program for detail

Program rules

Please abide by the following rules and do not:

  • Leave the group without prior consent from staff
  • Behave or speak in a racist or sexist manner
  • Verbally abuse or threaten anyone
  • Behave in a violent or aggressive way
  • Carry any weapons at any time
  • Deliberately damage any property
  • Take any drugs, drink or smoke. Please note that anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to attend
  • Eat, drink or move about on the bus.
  • Please note that high caffeine drinks “energy drinks” and excessive sugar may be confiscated.

You may be removed from the program if you breach the rules. 

Participation checklist

Please make sure you consider the following:

  • Double check pick-up and drop-off times and locations
  • Wear sunscreen, hat and protective clothing
  • Wear suitable clothing/shoes for the scheduled activity
  • Check if you need money for lunch.
