Terms and Conditions

Competition is open from 4 May 2020 until Wednesday 20 May 2020 at midday. Winners will be announced 4pm 22 May 2020.
To enter go to cockburn.wa.gov.au/VolunteerTed; download the template, design your t-shirt, submit your design via the website.
 
Designs can be hand drawn or digital. Scan or photograph your completed design to submit it via the website. A printed copy of the template can be obtained by contacting the Cockburn Volunteer Resource Centre volunteering@cockburn.wa.au or phone 08 9411 3490.
 
This competition is open to City of Cockburn residents aged 5 to 17 years old only. Close family (spouse/partner, parents, children and grandchildren) of staff and Elected Members are not eligible to participate in the competition. Only one entry per person can be submitted.
 
All designs will be featured on the Cockburn Community Groups Facebook page.
 
No negotiation will be entered into once the winner has been chosen, judges’ decision is final.
 
City of Cockburn staff will judge and rate the winners based on how the t-shirt design relates to volunteering in the community and on the creativity and vibrancy of the design. Winners will be announced via the Cockburn Community Groups Facebook page. The winner will be contacted to claim their prize. If the City is unable to contact the winner, the prize will be given to an additionally placed applicant.
 
Prizes will be allocated in places from one to five as scheduled in the prize pool.
 
Please note, the City will not be using the information the entrant provides for anything other than the competition.

Prize Pool

The prize pool consists of 5 prizes:
1First Prize - 1 x Toy World Voucher (valued at $100)
Second Prize - 1 x Jim Kidds Sports Voucher (valued $100)
Third Prize - 1 x Cockburn Ice Arena Family Pass (valued at $85)
Fourth Prize - 1 x Glowing Rooms - 3d Mini Golf Family Pass (valued at $76)
Fifth Prize - 1 x Cockburn ARC Family Pass (valued at $20)
All winners will receive a Volunteer packs including: an exclusive photo opportunity with you and Cockburn’s Volunteer Ted wearing your t-shirt, winner certificate, 20cm Volunteer Ted - teddy bear, drink bottle, lanyard and pen. (value $20)
