Disability Services 

Cockburn Care provides a social club at Jean Willis House in Hamilton Hill for people with disabilities.

Services are generally funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme opens in a new window (NDIS) program. Social club attendance can also be self-funded at a rate dependant on support needs. 

A range of social club activities are available.
