Disability Services

Cockburn Care provides a social club at Jean Willis House in Hamilton Hill for people with disabilities.

Services are generally funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) program. We charge at the price limit in the NDIS Support Catalogue for all NDIS funded services. Social club attendance can also be self-funded at a rate dependant on support needs.

A range of social club activities are available.
