About the event

Join Chris Ferreira for a practical demonstration of Waterwise Verge landscaping and design principles.

This will involve the sprucing up the Pear Tree Café verge through re-mulching, some planting, effective weed control, installation of Waterwise path.
Then Chris will detail the Principles of Waterwise Verge Design and the City’s verge guidelines with a blank canvas verge, highlighting design, effective weed control and examples of suitable plants.

The Water Corporation supports the City’s Waterwise Verge Rebate Program will be explored. You will walk away with a free waterwise verge plant to kick start your verge improvement!
