Did you know that almost 40% of the average household bin is food waste? Want to reduce waste in your kitchen? Learn some tried and tested trusths from waste guru Lindsay Miles. 

This starts with the way we shop and the things we buy, how we store food at home and what we do with food scaps. We will cover the many ways to use less plastic packaging, lower our carbon footprint and reduce food waste while still eating good food! 

You will leave with practical tips and plenty of ideas for making simple changes to behin the less waste way of life. You'll have a better understanding of our food system and our part in it.
