The City of Cockburn has partnered with Nearer to Nature for another fun summer in the sun!

Join us at the Coogee coastline to have fun learning about our ocean and life underwater.

Life Underwater
Discover underwater creatures amazing features which help them survive. Then get a close-up view of some of these species with Critters up Close.

Mighty Maritime Marathon
Do you know much about the Omeo wreck, or the fish swimming in the sea? Find and complete marine related puzzles in this mighty marathon.
Friday 8th January 10.30am-2pm ages 8-13

Shipwreck Snorkelling (SOLD OUT)
Join a qualified snorkelling instructor and explore the Omeo wreck under the waves. Identify the fish and corals who live amongst the shipwreck before discovering more about this incredible ecosystem.
Wednesday 20th January 8-11.30am ages 10-16

Marvellous Marine Mammals
There are many marine mammals, happily swimming in the ocean, but how do they breathe and feed and where do they rest? Discover many fun facts with hands-on activities about these air-breathing sea creatures.
