About the event

Dr Tegan Douglas from BirdLife Australia will take you on a guided walk through one of the Roe 8 Corridor's birding hotspots! It also happens to be a shared site in Birdata (RR8 Karak Zone), so your bird counts contribute significant data to this important dataset.

Tegan will highlight what species you're likely to see, bird ID tips and will explain how to choose the right pair of binoculars for your needs.

Roe 8 Rehabilitation Project Manager Adam Peck will also be there (ask him about his favourites, Black-Cockatoos!). At 10.30 we will stop for a cuppa, Q and A and chat.

If you're interested in using Birdata, please download the app opens in a new window to your mobile device.
