Conflict is Complex - Open Space Forum

Add to calendar Saturday 12 September 2020 9am-1pm

Conflict can occur between employees, committee members and people in general, so what's the best way to handle it?

Come along to this FREE forum and contribute to conversations to explore and better understand the complex issues of conflict:

  • How does conflict occur

  • How to work when conflict is present

  • How to resolve conflict

The forum will follow Open Space principles – a self-organising process where people come together to discuss important issues and create innovative ways to move forward.

About Open Space

Open Space is an effective process for organisations and communities to identify critical issues, voice their passions and concerns, learn from each other and when appropriate, take collective responsibility for finding solutions.

The goal of an Open Space forum is to create time and space for people to engage deeply and creatively around issues of concern to them.

The agenda is set by people with the desire to see it through, and typically, Open Space forums result in transformative experiences for the individuals and groups involved.
