About the event

Do you want to compost like a pro and make your own fertiliser? Join Amy Warne, an avid gardener and compost guru.

Bokashi composting is a process of fermentation that quickly and easily converts food waste into highly productive compost. It is rapidly becoming many gardeners favoured approach to building healthy and productive soils.

You will learn about all the different ways to compost your food waste and other organics, as well as shown a hands-on demonstration.

This workshop is part of the National Science Week 'Fight Food Waste' workshop series.
