The award winning $38.6M facility located in Success hosts a range of medical, allied health and related services.

The facility won two awards for builder JAXON at the Master Builders WA (MBA) Excellence in Construction Awards, including Best Public Use Building (over $20M) and an award for Excellence in Energy Efficiency (over $20M).


The facility offers a large range of services including:

The facility also has a focus on student education and research and offers opportunities for Curtin University student placements and learning.

A sustainable facility

In-line with the City’s focus on sustainability, the facility included a host of sustainable features including:
  • 99 kW solar PV system
  • LED lighting
  • Underground rainwater tanks
  • Insulation and shading structure for improved thermal comfort
The Cockburn Health and Community Facility is located on the corner of Beeliar Drive and Wentworth Parade in Success. The facility is open 6 days a week
