Have your say - Wetlands Precinct Redevelopment Bibra Lake
The City of Cockburn are planning to redevelop the Cockburn Wetlands Precinct on Hope Road, comprised of The Wetlands Centre Cockburn, Native ARC (Animal Rehabilitatin Centre) and Bibra Lake Scouts. These three groups are key stakeholders of the site and will remain on site to form the core of this new community and environmental hub.
The community consultants working on the project would like to hear the views of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communitiy.
To do this we are hosting a BBQ in the gardens of The Wetlands Centre, Cockburn.
You are invited to attend this free event event to express your views on:
The history and cultural significance of the area
Opportunities for the redevelopment project
