Our hands-on workshop is designed for small businesses who are new to quotes and tendering in either government or private procurement. We provide you with practical tips on how to work out if tendering will work for your business or not. We will provide thorough insight and real-life experiences to build your knowledge and confidence for action.
This workshop will:
Explain the requirements for tendering and quoting
Provide small businesses with tips and the tools to be tender ready
Determine gaps in business systems and processes which prevent small businesses from tendering
Discuss the pros and cons of tendering for business growth
We use our a real life tender to explain the core requirements and determine gaps in business.

The workshop is presented by Celia Jordaan, Principal Procurement Advisor of Ichiban Commercial Solutions Pty Ltd as panel member of the Small Business Development Corporation’s Business Local Panel. As a small business owner herself, Celia has firsthand experience in the ups and downs of running a small business. She combines this experience with her corporate and international experience in the areas of law, procurement, risk management and contractor management.
