Leadership Skills Development Workshop

This free workshop is a great opportunity for local community members to develop leadership skills and learn how to build resilient community groups.

The following topics will be included:

  • Qualities of leadership
  • Leading effective conversations to influence
  • Managing difficult situations and conflicts
  • Group purpose and structure
A certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the workshop and further training in this area will be available.
