Learn how to plan for successful community events with minimum stress and maximum attendance and quality. 

This free training explores the practical, real-world skills you need to deliver a wide range of events.

This free training session will cover:

  • The event management process: a roadmap to follow
  • Planning phases and timelines
  • Financial management and realistic budgeting
 Open to volunteers of local community groups and City of Cockburn residents.
