Mondays 5.30-7.30pm

Do you want to improve your mental well-being and get support from a safe and caring group environment?

Come along to Cockburn's free Grow Group which is a mental wellness program designed to help you recover from mental health issues and achieve your personal goals. If you don't feel comfortable joining the group by yourself, you can bring a friend, family member or support worker for up to 3 sessions!

Participants must be over 18 to attend.

The group runs on Mondays from 5.30-7.30pm at the Cockburn Health and Community Facility.
