At South Lake Leisure Centre, our new membership packages allow you to tailor your membership to suit your needs and your budget.

Membership Options

• Gymnasium
  Memberships are entitled to full use of the gym facilities including cardio equipment, machine weights and free weights. Members are also entitled to an appraisal on joining and a reappraisal every three months thereafter, if desired. Includes Ladies Gym Circuit classes.
  
  Brand New Treadmills! - Fully Air-Conditioned Gymnasium!
• Fitness Classes
  Members are entitled to unlimited fitness & RPM classes listed on the monthly Fitness Class Timetable. 
• Aqua Aerobics
  Members are entitled to unlimited Aquarobics sessions listed on the monthly Aquarobic Timetable.
   
• POOL / SPA / SAUNA / STEAMROOM
  Members are entitled to full use of the pool, spa and sauna facilities.
