Personal Training at South Lake Leisure Centre provides a degree of variety to your normal training routine as you have access to not only the gym which is fully equipped with the latest cardio and weight machines but our boxing equipment in the aerobics hall, the pool, spa and our sports stadium. Ever wanted to get in shape but think you are too old? Nonsense! Here at South Lake Leisure Centre we have a range of specially designed over 50's classes.
The Living Longer Living Stronger program and Club 50 Weight Training classes are ideal for those older adults wanting to increase their fitness and strength or even just get out and meet some new people.
Participants are individually assessed and have personalised programs written for them to address individual health needs. The class is ran in a small group setting twice a week with a qualified instructor who provides assistance. Memberships, vouchers and casual visits are available.
