Fitness Classes

Modern air-conditioned facilities, Airthrust sprung floors, accredited instructors. A creche available for all weekday morning classes.
(Minimum age on all Classes is 16 years.)

 - 45 minutes

RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Burn up to 600 Calories in one class, whilst toning up your legs and buttocks!

Boxing - 55 minutes

A mixed boxing & kickboxing class.  Kick, punch and fight your way to a new body!  A whole lot of fun while learning to defend yourself.  Beginners are welcome

Body Combat - 55 minutes

The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed.  This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts.  Strike, punch and kick your way through calories. 

Body Balance - 55 minutes

A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, then leaves you feeling centred and calm. 

Body Pump - 55 minutes

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout will challenge all your major muscle groups. The fastest way in the universe to get into shape. Only 25 positions available, so be early. Patrons will not be permitted into the class after published start time.

Power Circuit - 55 minutes

A Cardiovasular interval training program that combines high intensity, strength & stabilization exercises.  Classes will include boxing and resistance training.

Body Step - 55 minutes

An energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive.  Using a height-adjustable step and simple moves on, over and around the step.  A fantastic fat burning program including muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Ab Blast - 30 minutes
Tone your tummy with this 30 minute express class.
