Bibra Lake Regional Playground

After seven months of feverish construction activity, the Bibra Lake Regional Playground was at long last opened on the 12th of November by the City of Cockburn Mayor Logan Howlett.


Due to essential maintenance and construction works, the Bibra Lake Playground will close for the duration of May 2017, for the period;

Monday 1 May 2017 to Wednesday 31 May 2017

Manning Park Stairway

The Manning Park Stairway can be found at the southern car park at Manning Lake, the stairway has a lookout of the east and views of Jervois Bay and Cockburn Sound.

The City recommends the stairs are only used during daylight hours as no lighting is provided.

Vehicle Access Times:

6am -8pm, October - April (Summer)

7am - 5:30pm, May - September (Winter)

Coogee Beach Master Plan Underway

The plan aims to make Coogee Beach reserve and the adjacent Surf Club and Integrated Community Facility at Poore Grove really great places to visit, while addressing the pressures placed on the area by the increasing population of surrounding areas. Upgrades will take place over a number of years in a staged approach. In the first stage of works, underground power will be installed.
