History

The Cockburn GP Super Clinic development is supported by financial assistance from the Australian Government under the GP Super Clinics Program.

The Commonwealth Government announced in August 2009 that the City of Cockburn would receive $6.65 million for the Cockburn GP Super Clinic, which will be incorporated into the Cockburn Integrated Health and Community Facility.

The facility will also incorporate a new Regional Library and quality office accommodation on a one hectare site on the corner of Beeliar Drive and Wentworth Parade in Success.

Within this facility, space will be available for lease to businesses wishing to take advantage of this unique opportunity and capitalise on the synergies that will develop from the co-location of general practitioners and other health care providers including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, specialists, community health and State Government services.

All parties interested in the ongoing development of the Cockburn GP Super Clinic and Cockburn Integrated Health and Community Facility are encouraged to continue checking this site for updates.
