 Information Morning Teas 2013 

The Cockburn Seniors Centre is continuing its series of free morning teas in 2013. 

 Monday May 20 Your eHealth record. 9:30-10:30am. Presented by Fremantle Medicare Local

• What is an eHealth record? Find out about the new national personally controlled electronic health (eHealth( recors system. The eHealth record will bring your medical information together, making getting the right healthcare faster, less stressful, safer and more convienent. Fremantle Medicare Local will be assisting you to sign up for your eHealth record on the day. You will need to bring 100 points of evidence of identity to sign up:- Drivers' Licence or Passport and Medicare/DVA card, EFTPOS card or credit card.

Be Active Cycle Instead Bike Skills Program

Course Details

Dates: Wed May 8,15 & 22

Time: 9:30am-11:30am

Location: Cockburn Bowling Club

Level: AustCycle 1

Cost: FREE

This AustCycle Beginner Level 1 program will allow you to build your cycling confidence and skill level. The course is fun, traffic free and beginner friendly! Ideal for those wanting to learn for the first time or refresh those skills!

Celebrate Italian National Day. Enjoy a 2 course Italian Buffet with entertainment from "Le Giore Delle Donne" The joys of the women Italian Folk Choir.

Annual Membership: $36.00, from July 2012 through to 30th June 2013. Pro rata membership from April now $9.

• Centre based activities: vary in price from free to $5.00
• Bus trips: vary in price according to the costs involved and distance travelled.
• Meals:  $8.50 for two courses, plus tea/ coffee - Take away $6.00
