Cockburn skaters are invited to come clean this summer.

A new program called skate2clean will reward skaters who keep their skate park the cleanest with a huge skate event at the purpose-designed skate park in their neighbourhood next April.

Using the hash tags #AtwellSkate2Clean, #CoobieSkate2Clean and #SpearwoodSkate2Clean participants can post images and videos of their skate park on social media.

The Instagram post with the most likes will win a $200 skate voucher. Judging for the cleanest skate park out of Atwell, Spearwood and Coolbellup will be held between November 2016 and March 2017.

Three skate parks in Cockburn will battle for the ultimate prize.
