Cultural Grants | Youth Art Scholarships | Commissions
Cultural Grants are intended as an Arts & Cultural seeding grant designed to encourage local arts & cultural activity. Cockburn based groups are invited to develop their ideas into performances, displays, workshops or events that can be shared by the communities in Cockburn. A maximum of $4000 is available. These grants are not designed for ongoing or recurring annual expenses.
There are two rounds per year at the end of March and September and these are advertised in the local press. If successful your group cannot apply for another grant within a 12-month period. For larger projects the City of Cockburn has Community grants available these are more general grants and are for amounts up to $15 000. Both grants can be applied for using the same application form.
