Provide a free of charge community service  to individuals  and families living within the City of Cockburn.

If you are experiencing;

  • Depression or sadness
  • Stress or anxiety
  • Relationship problems
  • Issues with self-esteem
  • Issues with anger regulation
  • Grief, loss and change

The Cockburn Support Service
may be able to help.

Our service aims to support individuals and families who are experiencing difficulties.

The services we offer includes;

Short-term counselling
If you are experiencing personal
difficulties or conflict you may like
to speak with one of our staff.

Information and referrals
Cockburn Support Service staff can
provide you with information and referrals to help you connect with services and resources in the community including;

  • Long-term counselling
  • Disability support
  • Children's services
  • Domestic violence
  • Housing and employment
  • Education and training
  • Health and legal issues

Our staff will work alongside you to assist you through the systems that significantly impact your life such as education, health care, disability services and housing.

A local meeting place for parents and young children.

  • WHERE: Beeliar Community Centre, 33 Lakefront Ave, Beeliar
  • WHEN:   Wednesdays - 9.30am to 11.30am during school terms

Share a cuppa, meet other parents in your community and provide your child with an environment to socialise and play.

WISE WOMEN WORSHOPSWise Women Workshops 2017

Health and well-being for women over 45 - FREE

The City of Cockburn invites you to a series of FREE monthly workshops to meet others and discuss topics that include:
arthritis, well-being, nutrition, anxiety/worry and mindfulness.

  • WHEN:  Workshops are held the last Tuesday of every month from February to November.
  • TIMES:  5.30pm to 7.30pm
  • WHERE: Group room, 1st floor at: Cockburn Health & Community Facility,
    Suite 14/11 Wentworth Parade, Success
